Refund policy

At Powscape, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. RETURNS

• Our policy lasts 30 days. Regrettably, we can't offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition received, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required for returns. Please contact us before returning any item at support@powscape.com.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
• For items over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance.

Should you encounter any manufacturer's defects or imperfections at any point while owning a Powscape product, rest assured, that we will either repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
